Yes, it will. You can link them via Bluetooth and choose which notifications from your phone you would like to receive on your watch. I personally only like incoming calls and text messages coming through. The more you have coming through, the quicker the battery will die.

This product will work with the Galaxy S7 as well as most Android smartphones.

As long as you have S Health on your phone, you should be fine.
