After speaking to a supervisor, it did get "covered" - but only repair labor & parts - so they refurbished it & sent it back. The syncing is working now - but the steps are inflated (have been wearing it with a fitbit to compare & it adds about 20% more steps) - and it can't count floors anymore. I work in a one story building with not even a step to get into the building & it showed that I climbed 42 flights during the day (??). This product was a bust! Not worth it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Warranty would replace the watch and you would pay nothing or a difference if new watch is higher from the original purchase. Recommend you buy the warranty again on replacement so you can do it again if it gets broken. It would be alot cheaper. Good luck with your choice.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. One year and yes your problem is covered. But you need to contact them. You can find them on google. They will most likely just replace it with that type of problem. It could take up to 2 weeks for you to send it to them and them sending you a new one. Ask for a supervisor because the person who told it wasn't is wrong which isn't admormal anymore with their service faculties where you contact them is many times in the Phillipines or Mexico and the are not trained very well at all. Most supervisors are American and know their stuff well.
