I have had this happen twice. If you reset (not restart) phone, it will go through the connection process again.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Possible problem with the phone, but usually you have to have them right next to each other to first make a pairing. I know it took the Best Buy Samsung guy a few minutes to pair mine in the store.
