• Refurbished items will work at 100% unless noted as refurbished items are made to be in like new condition for resale.

• Yes they are available in-store. The fingerprint scanner is not the best. Sometimes you have to scan a few times before the tab unlocks. I use it all the time it's just up to YOUR personal preference
