A: from their return policy statement "You can return or exchange almost everything within 15 days for a full refund." i bought the same device refurb in december '14 and asked the same question. it was in perfect condition, decided to keep it after using it for the two weeks. this seems to be the minimum timeframe for all their products, new/refurb.

excellent light tablet
great tablet. light and fast. great screen, very responsive. upgraded from nexus 7, so having the expandable memory slot is good. to bad kitkat doesn't allow writing to sd card (without rooting) with most apps. did find out that the pre-installed 'my files' app does allow editing of files. decent to manage files, but other file management apps are better. screen does pick up fingerprints easy. battery seems to drain quick with some apps, but not others. manufacturers need to get away from the 16 GB storage on the main device, already running low after a few apps and movies, without the micro sd i would be constantly deleting files and apps.

Excellent Tablet
While this tablet has been around for quite some time, this tablet's specs remain competitive. Even when comparing this to the Samsung Tab S2, this tablet seems to have a better screen while still having a comparable amount of memory and an 8 core processor. I have used this for the past month and I can say I am very happy with it. The Micro SD port is available and easily accessible. I was able to triple the amount of memory for less than $20 (Thanks Best Buy). This tablet is very lightweight and seems to be easy to handle. I use this primarily for reading, but the video watching and web browsing experiences are well above average. The richness of the color is noticeable especially when I use apps like Netflix and Plex.

Awesome!
Love this tablet. It is by far the best I've ever used due to screen resolution, sound, Android, performance, and especially weight relative to size. Awesome!
