- Answer It sounds very good with the PS4 Pro, but keep in mind that the PS4 (and PS4 Pro) do not support Dolby Atmos, so you won’t get the same level of audio detail that you do from an Atmos source.

- Answer I assume you’re asking what they sync to and all of the wireless speakers sync to the Soundbar itself. They all require being plugged in to a power source and the user guide walks you through which to plug in first and so on. There is an indicator light that either blinks or stays solid to let you know when that satellite speaker is synced.

- Answer You can't actually change the volume but you can change the loudness aka decibels of the Center, Side, Front top, Rears and Rear Top via the Gear symbol on the Remote control. Good luck.

- Answer You would need to find a 7.2.4 receiver... these are wireless speakers that I’m sure the Bluetooth is preset to connect doubt u could have another connected to it.

QuestionThe installers mounted the sound bar so that its internal speakers are pointing up at the ceiling. That’s the same face that has the brand name on it. I’m wondering why that face isn’t facing into the room instead of up towards the ceiling.

- Answer I just put the sound bar on a shelf not mounted a wall. However that position with the text facing up is the correct position for the soundbar. If it was mounted to where the brand is facing outward, you wouldn't be able to see the volume number as that display is on the side without the brand name on it. They mounted it in the correct position, basically if you are directly in front of it you are looking down onto the brand name and access to the power and volume controls in the center. Trust me that is the correct position and when you watch a blue ray disc that has Dolby 7.1 you will hear that it is in the correct position because the sound will blow you away.

- Answer It'll still work and give you surround sound, however you need a Dolby Atmos compatible device for the true Atmos experience. That's why I connect my Xbox straight to the soundbar. It's Samsung to Samsung, so compatibility isn't an issue. If you don't have a Dolby Atmos device, you just won't get that full experience. The surround sound option still sounds incredible.

- Answer The rear speakers weigh 4.5 lbs & most speaker wall mounts work well. I used the wall mounts from Definitive Technology. The wall mounts for the sound-bar came with the unit however, the mounting brackets for the Bose Sound-touch, Amazon/E-Bay, will work. I used a metal mounting strip, (2 x 36 inches with multiple holes, which I attached to the wall studs & use toggle bolts to attach the mounts to the mounting strip. The sound-bar is a heavy unit.

QuestionWith this sound bar and speakers if I am wanting to run multiple components with it, can I use a receiver box with a 4or 5 hdmi ports and the use one output to a projector and the optical outlet to the sound bar for sound with all my components.

- Answer No, as the receiver is the one that's connected to the TV via optical and the separate components are connected to the receiver. The sound bar has no available connections to be made to the receiver. The receiver has its own speaker output using speaker wires.

- Answer No, you cannot use your own surround sound speakers with this soundbar. The soundbar comes with rear speakers that connect to the main soundbar wirelessly via bluetooth. There are no provisions to connected hard-wired speakers to the soundbar. It's all done via bluetooth. If you are considering this soundbar in the first place, you probably want Dolby ATMOS. The rear speakers and the soundbar have up-firing drivers to bounce sound off the ceiling for the effect of hearing sound coming from above. If you used your own surround speakers, you would not have the up-firing drivers in the rear speakers, which would cripple the ATMOS capability of this soundbar. You are paying a premium price to get ATMOS capability in this soundbar, so just use it as it comes out of the box. BTW, the ATMOS sound from this product is incredible! Money well spent.
