- Answer Hello dorando661, You can factory reset you soundbar by following one of the following steps: With Remote: Turn soundbar off Press power on soundbar 5 – 10 seconds Release the power button once you see INT or RESET on the soundbar’s LED panel Wait for the soundbar to turn back on then it should return to default settings. With Remote: Power Off Soundbar Hold Play/Pause button on the remote for about 5 – 10 seconds Release the button once you see INT or RESET on the soundbar’s LED panel Power on soundbar and repair to your TV Without remote Turn on soundbar Press and hold the volume up (+) and volume down (-) buttons on the soundbar at the same time for about 5 – 10 seconds Release when you see LED say INT or RESET Wait for soundbar to reboot If you need more help, Samsung is here for you. QuestionThe sound cuts out every now and then and won’t work again unless I restart the soundbar. I have the HDMI connected to my TVs ARC port. The source on the soundbar says TV ARC when working but when sound cuts out it says the source is D.IN, why is this?

- Answer I think I have the correct fix for this problem. It is important to turn on the TV and soundbar first, wait for these two "sink" devices to establish a proper HDMI-CEC handshake (a second or so), and then turn on the "source" devices. For the best handshake, especially if you experience issues with audio or picture, follow this order: 1. Soundbar: Power on the soundbar first, as it needs to be active to establish the audio return channel (ARC/eARC). 2. TV: Power on the TV second. Wait a few seconds for it to boot. 3. Cable TV Box: Power on the cable box last. This allows the TV and soundbar to detect the source device, establishing a stable connection.

- Answer I recently purchased this item and connected it to my Samsung TV and my TV remote works perfectly. I did not change any settings to make the remote work, it just started working immediately. The only setting I changed was the speaker default from the TV to the sound bar. Hope this helps.

- Answer Hi Happy, For the HW-B650 Soundbar I would recommend trying a few different places in your room and then sticking with what you like the best. Each room will have different acoustics and shapes which can change where you would place the subwoofer. As for the difference in the Wireless Rear Speaker Kit, the new SWA-9200S kit does not have a central transmitter that needs to have the speakers connected to. You will connect each speaker together with the provided speaker cable and then only use one power cord for both speakers. ^Andrew

- Answer Yes. Use the CH LEVEL button on the remote until the display on the soundbar indicates CENTER. from there use the ring around the play/pause button to adjust the center channel up or down. You can also push the settings button at the bottom center of the remote multiple times until the soundbar display indicates VOICE. From there use the ring around the play/pause button to turn the voice feature on/off. This feature really boosts dialogue or voices. Hope that helps.

Questionhow do i select voice enhancement. Remote instructions to hit sound control the button on remote and the options will scroll through. They don’t if I hit once or more than 1x. all I see in the bar is audio sync. What is the trick to get it as a choice

QuestionCan you disable the auto power down feature? I'm using optical connection and it doesn't perform a wake-up of the soundbar when the tv comes on.

- Answer The auto power on or off is NOT selectable on this model. It actually powers down when on in some cases forcing you to find the remote to restart. Terrible.
