Q: QuestionDoes Q65T Soundbar work w/MP3 & FLAC files on a USB Flash Drive as the only input? If music files are only stereo, will all speakers produce Great Sound with great Low BOOMIING Bass? What settings are necessary for this? What's the system frequency range?

• A:Answer Hi Craig! The Q65T will support both MP3 and FLAC files for USB playback. You can reference page 21 of the full manual at the following link for more information on file formats supported and their sample rates: https://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/202104/20210414172923834/HW-Q65T_ZA_FullManual_00_ENG_210318.0.pdf When playing audio that is not formatted for surround sound, such as stereo music files, the rear speakers will not produce audio by default. Changing the sound modes within the soundbar will change the output of the rear speakers. • A:Answer It's the easiest 2 setup with a Samsung tv bc literally all u do is turn it on & the Samsung software does the rest. I have an older model connected 2a Sharp tv & it works just fine. Had it quite a few yrs & never a prob. All the Samsung systs are pretty versatile, all personal preference in connecting them, whether BT, HDMI or DI. My older model is connected via DI cord bc the tv It's connected 2 doesn't have BT. This model & most others have a universal remote just 4those with diff tv manufacturers.

• A:Answer You can connect sound-bar to any tv that has HDMI or Bluetooth technology. Recommended connection is thru HDMI because thru Bluetooth sound is delayed due to wireless delivery so your picture would not be synchronized with sound. It could be up to 10 seconds delay which would drive you crazy. If you gonna connect phone or other device thru Bluetooth to listen music than connection thru Bluetooth is ok since you don’t have video running and you don't see that sound delay.

Q: QuestionSubwoofer & speakers cut in and out. I’ve done what everyone else has done. Unplugged subwoofer, reset, changed distance between subwoofer, soundbar and wifi. I tried searching for this model in SmartThings app but can’t be found for firmware update.

• A:Answer I had this same issue. What worked for me was moving most of the wireless internet-capable devices to the 2.4ghz wireless channel, freeing up interference on the 5ghz channel. I have not had any issues since doing this myself.
