- Answer Hi TDog! Here is the breakdown of the Rated Output Power for the HW-Q65T: Soundbar: 200W (30W x 6 + 10W x 2) Sub: 160W. You can find this information in the full user manual of the soundbar. ^Tim

QuestionI hooked everything up as the manual said to, I can get the TV sound thru sound bar and speakers, however I have the stereo receiver hooked up but can not hear sound from the stereo when plays music no sound out of sound bar. What's the problem or fix?

- Answer Not sure how you have a receiver connected to this unit. Assuming you have it connected to the fiber-optic port, the manual says that it you have both the HDMI and fiber-optic ports connected, the system will default to the HDMI connection. Not sure if you can use the "input" feature to select the fiber-optic port to override the HDMI port.

QuestionII just got it this morning. But when want to install. I can not turn in the power. Is this something wrong?

- Answer Check your connections. You may have plugged the power cord in the wrong socket. You may have not plugged it in the whole way. If all plugs are in the proper place and seated all the way in and if still doesn’t work then just return the unit.

QuestionCan I connect a radio or other devices to the soundbar and then sync the sound. The goal is to listen to local sportscasters while watching a game. The lag can be close to a minute.

QuestionCan the soundbar and speakers be connected to a receiver instead of directly to a TV? We have a TV on a swivel and would like to have the least amount of wires coming down as possible.

- Answer Only if your receiver has a fiber-optic sound output capability, and you are not already using the fiber-optic input on the sound bar. You cannot connect this unit directly to a receiver for use as regular speakers. You would need to purchase "passive" speakers for that.

QuestionIs the wireless module required or can I wire the rear speakers directly to the front speakers? I don't have a power outlet in the rear of the room and would like to simply run the cable to the rear speakers and be done

- Answer Hi! The soundbar does not feature a connection for the rear speakers to plug in to. The rear speakers included with the Q65T are only designed to connect to their wireless module, which then connects wirelessly to the soundbar. ^Tim

QuestionIs it possible to has the Soundbar stay ON regardless of the usage, when connected via Bluetooth and/or HDMI? In the manual it says that the soundbar will automatically turn off after 20 minutes of no-activity.

QuestionDo you have a recommendation for a bolt or anchor type that is compatible with these speakers? I'm hoping there is some simple hardware that I can use to mount it to the drywall. I was recommended a pair of $30 speaker mounts.

QuestionHi. So the rear speakers need to connect to the wireless module via hard wires, but the wireless module connects to the soundbar wirelessly (via Bluetooth?) so, there would be no wire from the sound bar / subwoofer to the wireless module? Thanks!

- Answer That’s correct. Module will be plugged into power outlet which powers module and rear speakers. There is no hard wire connection between module / rear speakers and sound-bar

QuestionSo if I lose my internet connection, the subwoofer and surround speakers stop working?

- Answer Hi JJ! The HW-Q65T is not internet enabled, and does not require an internet connection for the subwoofer and rear speakers to connect to the soundbar. If your internet stops working, your wireless speakers will remain operating as long as they still have power. ^Tim

Questionwe are having difficulty with volume fading in and out some. And even with the volume turned to max (100) we are having some difficulty hearing dialog.
