QuestionI currently have a DVD Samsung surround sound with wireless rear speakers. My rear speakers are a bigger and better quality (Samsung) Can I re-use these rear wall mounted speakers connecting to the new wire rear module?? Without damaging mod?

- Answer Hi Kid4titans! Rear speaker kits from Samsung are not designed to be interchanged without causing damage to the unit. The HW-Q65T includes a pair of rear speakers with a wireless transmitter, which is the only set of rear speakers compatible with this soundbar. For a improved rear speaker experience, check out the HW-Q700A soundbar from Samsung that is compatible with the 2.0.2ch Wireless Rear Speakers model SWA-9500S. ^Tim

Your TV may also support HDMI ARC allowing you to connect using an HDMI cable. QuestionHow do I get the back wireless speaker box connect to the system?

- Answer Hi Chuck! Use the color-coded speaker wires to connect the rear speakers to the wireless module and place these three in the back of your room. Plug the wireless receiver module power cord into an electrical outlet and into the wireless receiver module to turn on the wireless receiver module. Turn off your soundbar and press the Up button on the remote for 5 seconds. The ID SET message will appear on the soundbar for a short time and then disappear. After the ID SET process, the soundbar power is automatically turned on. The LINK LED indicator stops blinking and glows a solid blue when a connection is established between the soundbar and the wireless receiver module. ^Tim

- Answer Hi Deigosmama! When connecting the HW-Q65T to a TV via HDMI, digital optical, or Bluetooth, the soundbar will play all audio from the TV, including the audio from streaming apps built in to the TV. ^Tim

- Answer Hi Popcorn! The HW-Q65T is only compatible with the speakers included with the soundbar. You can increase the volume of the rear speakers by pressing the Sound Control button on the remote and adjusting the Rear Level option. ^Tim

QuestionI've a Samsung t.v. model# UN55TU7000FXZA and was wondering if everything would work i.e. Qsymphony dtsvirtualx if I paired it w/ the HW-Q65T/za. If so could I keep my HT-J4500/ZA connected & incorperate the speakers it has?

- Answer Hi ShadowsTexture! The TU7000 is not compatible with Q Symphony, however you will still be able to take advantage of DTS Virtual:X and the other great audio features provided by the soundbar. Samsung TVs are only compatible with one audio device at a time. You will not be able to connect both the Q65T and the J4500 audio devices at the same time. ^Tim

QuestionIn the manual it says there are 5 modes: normal, game, adaptive, surround and 3d (i think these are close) but when i use the mode button, i can only select between game pro, and adaptive?

QuestionDoes the bass module (subwoofer) need to be placed close to the soundbar for them to be paired? Because of the configuration of my tv installation, I wanted to place the bass module adjacent to a different wall from the tv wall.

QuestionHi I see this Soundbar in my local Best Buy. Why can I not find it Samsung USA website. Only HWQ listed there is the HW-Q60, no 65.And the only 7.1 channel I find is another series not Q and about 1,100 USD

QuestionI bought a Samsung HW-Q65ST $279.99. I can not get the 2 surround speakers to connect. The wireless receiver module flashers blue and will not connect even if reset is pressed. The red light will not go on even when unit is off.
