QuestionWhy can't I find this model (Q750B) on the Samsung website? Mine did not come with a manual and I would like to download one.

- Answer Hi David, To be able to find any manual for the soundbars including the HW-Q750B follow these steps below. 1.) Go to Samsung's website 2.) Hover your mouse over SUPPORT in the top right corner 3.) Click on MANUALS and SOFTWARE 4.) Type in the correct model number ~Samsung Solutions

QuestionI connected the soundbar to my Windows 11 PC, using SPDIF. There is a delay between the audio and video on all media. I have tried adjusting/calibrating the soundbar audio syncing using the Sound Control. Any help would be appreciated.

- Answer at this point only the items in the box connect, no expansion available. Due to the wireless nature, it would definitely be interested if a firmware update could offer to connect to more wireless speakers.

- Answer Hi subba! The HW-Q750B features four ways to connect to an external device: WIFI, HDMI (eARC), Digital optical audio, and Bluetooth wireless audio technology. If your TV is compatible with one of these two audio connections, you should have no issue connecting the soundbar to your TV. ^Andrew

- Answer Hello John, The HW-Q750B Soundbar does not offer HDMI 2.1 features for pass through. It will have HDR 10+ and 4K Video Pass through at 60hz. If you are using a gaming console or PC then you will want to connect directly to your TV and connect your Soundbar to the eARC port. ~Samsung Solutions

- Answer the rear speakers have wires that connect to the rear speaker power "center" which plugs in the wall and WIRELESSLY connects to the soundbar. The wires are color coded. I strongly recommend stands for those speakers.
