QuestionI read somewhere that there is an issue with Samsung soundbars connecting with Sony TVs. I have a 65" Bravia TV and I am very interested in this sondbar. Does anyone have any information about connectivity issues with Sony and Samsung?

- Answer Hello Soonerfan, As long as you are using the HDMI TV ARC/eARC input of your TV to the Samsung Soundbar you should have no problems. If you do have any issues, try a new HDMI cable, and then try a Digital Optical Cable. You will not have access to certain features that the HW-Q930B Soundbar offers when connected to a Samsung TV such as Q-Symphony and Dolby Atmos over Wi-Fi. ~Samsung Solutions

- Answer In all honesty, yes. But I have them in front by the soundbar, and am able to hear the extra background sounds well.

QuestionIm considering this system for my projector space in our finished basement. I bought an audio extractor device for all my hdmi components and sound to be routed through. Will this method still provide me with Dolby Atmos experience ?

- Answer No, I haven't found a way. I have Klipsch speakers, and tried to have the Samsung stream from my television (as it's defaulted to play the Samsung), then turn on the Klipsch to stream from my phone (which was casting to the TV). Essentially there would need to be a way to communicate with multiple Bluetooth devices. I don't know if such a thing exists.

- Answer from my research on this product no other speakers are able to work well with this sound bar and i tried different speakers and got not great results hope this helps

- Answer The Q930b is not a receiver. I don't see any way that you can connect wires to it that are dedicted to the rear speakers.

- Answer Hi William, The wireless rear speakers on the HW-Q930B Soundbar will use a regular 120v outlet. Brackets to mount the soundbar itself are included in the box, but for the rear speakers you will need to purchase additional mounting hardware. ~Samsung Solutions

- Answer Hi there, For the wireless rear speakers on the HW-Q930B Soundbar the surround speaker wall mounts must be able to support more than 17.6lbs. Hole size on the back of each speaker: 1/4 - 20 UNC threaded insert You'll use a standard screw: 6.35 mm (0.25 Inch) with a 1.27mm (0.05 inch) pitch, and a length of 18mm (0.70 inch) long. ~Samsung Solutions

- Answer It’s a 9.1.4 speaker system. 9 multi-directional speakers in the sound bar. 1 Sub woofer. 2 rear speakers with 2 speakers each.
