• A:Answer We use Finish Ultimate Cleaning. It has a rinse agent that greatly decreases water marks. Earlier we tried a generic dishwasher soap and had a lot of trouble with water marks. Also, we use the Sanitize setting to further decrease marks and improve drying. Adds 45 minutes to the cycle but makes a difference.

Q: QuestionPurchased this one bc it could be installed 2 days from now and need a new d/w fast. Just re-read the specs and realize it doesn't have a hard food disposer. Do you have to rinse the dishes well before loading? My last several have had a disposer :(

• A:Answer There is no pre-clean cycle. Not sure why you would need to "pre-clean". If the dishwasher is functioning correctly, with good detergent, it should clean the dirty pots pans and dishes without a pre-wash. We put our dishes in dirty, no rinse, just knock off the big chunks and let the machine do it job. This one does the job and does it great.

Q: QuestionHad this model since '19. When it throws a code "LC", that must mean there is an internal leak getting inside since there is no visible water or the like underneath at the floor? Is it cost effective to service it or trash it and start over?
