QuestionIn attempting two connect wirelessly two mxt40 speakers with the group play feature, the host speakers losses blue tooth connection with the Bluetooth connected music in source and both speakers end up with the "host" message. I have to start all over.

- Answer Hi jt! Neither the MX-T50 or the HW-Q900 soundbar has the ability to transmit a Bluetooth signal. They both are designed to receive a Bluetooth audio signal from a device sending one such as a TV or a mobile device. ^Tim

- Answer Hi Amsolar365! Your Sound Tower has a Searching TV mode for easy connect with Samsung TV. 1. Press and hold the source button on your remote control or the top panel; the Sound Tower will start to search for a Samsung TV and a “SEARCHING TV” message appears on the display. 2. If your Samsung TV supports easy connection, a connection popup will be displayed on the TV. If your Samsung TV has connected with the Sound Tower before, it will connect without the popup. 3. If the Sound Tower can not find a Samsung TV within 5 minutes, the Sound Tower will change to “BT PAIRING” mode. If it finds a Samsung TV, the Sound Tower will request connection. QuestionI have a smart Toshiba tv and there is a sync issue with the picture and audio. At first I thought it was because of the wireless use, but I have broadband and it has not changed. It does not occur if I use the sound from the tv.

- Answer Hi Bigdog! The sound tower speakers will not automatically reconnect to a Bluetooth device when powered on. The Bluetooth Power On feature allows the Sound Tower speaker to turn on when a Bluetooth device is reconnecting to the speaker. - Answer Hi! You are not able to connect both a soundbar and a Sound Tower to the TV for use at the same time. To play the TV audio through the MX-T50 sound tower you will need to connect to the TV using Bluetooth, and change the source of the audio on the TV to output via Bluetooth. ^Tim

QuestionThis speaker stopped connecting to my phone. It won’t even show up as a device. What can I do? Also, sometimes when I would play music the volume would go down even if I didn’t move anything and then go up volume-wise.
