“Can someone turn it off”

• Only by removal of the battery. It will continue to be active, there is no "on/off" switch.

• It does not have a on off switch You could "unpair" the device using the App.. and later pair it with the hub

• There's no button to turn it off. You can only pop open the key fob and pull out the battery. There is also a button to sync it. I'd imagine pressing the button can cause it to unsync it.

• I guess someone could take out the battery so that it will not work. Other than that it doesn't have an on/off switch.
