Q: QuestionSince there is no heating element at the bottom of the dishwasher is it ok to place "top rack only" plastics on the bottom rack?

• A:Answer Excellent question, SteveGee! Generally we recommend following the guidelines set by the manufacturer of the product as they have more in depth knowledge of the items themselves. Q: QuestionWhen the door auto releases open after the cycle ends, ,how far does it open? When we first got it it seemed to open a few inches and cleared the counter, now after a month its barely opening.

• A:Answer Thanks so much for asking! The AutoRelease Dry feature releases the door latch and allows the door to drift open slightly. However, if the dishwasher is not level, or if there is anything blocking the door, it may not open very wide. The purpose of this is just to allow air to flow through the dishwasher, helping to dry the dishes faster and prevent odors. ^Jecca

Q: QuestionI just installed this dishwasher. Due to the first 10 inches of the hose being secured inside the machine, I had to add a second hose to reach my in sink garbage disposer. I ran the dishwasher 1 time and now there is a foul odor in the dishwasher.

Q: QuestionSince there's not an exposed heating element. Top rack dishwasher only items- Can they be put on the bottom rack? I have large melamine plates that don't fit on the top rack. Or can the temperature be reduced to allow items on the bottom rack.

Q: QuestionI don't like to rinse my dishes so I hesitate to buy a dishwasher without a hard food disposer. Has anyone who does not rinse their dishes got this dishwasher?
