“This system does not come with all original Samsung software and original drive partitions? Mr. Samsung, Based on your response I ordered another refurb of this same model. It came, again without any software, no drive partitions, and no Samsung software. Another unit will be returned. I am disappointed.”

The laptop comes with the Windows operating system, and partitions can be created provided a backup disc has been made prior to changing the partitions. This is not unique for laptops, although we do apologize for the confusion, and for what we imagine is a frustrating experience.
