“How well does this dishwasher dry dishes? Some of the reviews are mixed but i would like to know if there is a heated dry or is it mediocre on drying dishes?”

I have found that it dries dishes really well if you let it go through the entire lengthy drying cycle. There will still be water pooled in the usual places but most things get completely dry.

Condensation Drying relies on the residual heat from the dishes to evaporate the moisture, so selecting Sanitize, using a rinse aid, and leaving the door closed until the cycle is complete can help to maximize the effectiveness of the drying.
