A:AnswerI found that the dishes must be loaded in a certain way for the dishes to get cleaned. Try turning your plates/bowls in the opposite direction and lean them over a bit so the water will actually hit where the food is. I did this and my plates/bowls came out spotless. I tried leaving dried egg and cheese on the plates as a test. Hope this helps!
A:AnswerStay away from this machine. It does not clean and leaves residue on glasses. Customer service is a nightmare. They did send someone out and the tech said the machine was operating within specs. Attached pics of silverware the tech put in the machine and said was clean.
