“Has anyone had success with getting Samsung customer service actually get this dishwasher to actually clean? I got customer service to send a tech out after 1 1/2 hours on the phone. Tech said that machine was running fine.”

I found that the dishes must be loaded in a certain way for the dishes to get cleaned. Try turning your plates/bowls in the opposite direction and lean them over a bit so the water will actually hit where the food is. I did this and my plates/bowls came out spotless. I tried leaving dried egg and cheese on the plates as a test. Hope this helps!
