- Answer Hi Rosa, please know that you can transfer any data from a device to the iXpand drive. However, the notes cannot be directly copied or backup directly to the drive from the notes application. You must save them to the host device and then you can transfer the file manually using the Files app.

QuestionI bought this item from the Apple Store. Although it often indicated operation failure while files were being transferred from iPhone 13 to the drive, it did not detect the presence of the stick when and after it was plugged into the iPhone.
