Q: QuestionDoes the drive support videos in HDR and Live Photos? Or will they be changed to a different file format? I’ve noticed many apps do not support Apple file formats (except for Apple Photos). Adobe Lightroom being one of them.

Q: QuestionSo this connects to your phone via MagSafe or do you also need to plug it in with the usbc to transfer files? Ie. can I have my phone charging with the usbc and have files sent back and forth via the MagSafe?

• A:Answer Hi Kevin, thank you for reaching out to us. Please know that the MagSafe on the SanDisk Creator Phone SSD is only for magnetic attachment, not for data transfer. Files are transferred through the USB-C connection, so the drive needs to be plugged in to work. Because the phone’s USB-C port handles both power and data, you can’t charge via USB-C and transfer files at the same time using the drive alone.
