Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It’s a track system. Has a handle in the bottom of desk that you pull to release and pull up on desk to raise. You pull handle and push down on the desk to lower. It takes a little effort to do with my 2 monitors on the desk. I attached a pic with the desk raised to see. Tracks are each side of desk.
