QuestionYour website quotes 1,000W max output in one section and 900W in another section. Early Indiegogo orders show boxes shipping to US customers with some boxes stating 1,000W and other boxes stating 900W. Can Segway clarify these discrepancies please.

- Answer Note that it is 900W nominal and can surge to 1000 watts from the research I did. It is quicker than the G30 Max, but not by much. I have both G30 Max and G2, and the G2 maxes at 22 MPH, while the G30 maxes at 19 MPH. In theory the extra wattage would allow greater ability to climb hills, but be aware it appears to have issues with overheating unlike the G30 MAX. The suspension is great.

- Answer These are scooters, not cars. There are no discounts available, so it's not comparable to cars, which are different from e-bikes and similar vehicles. I'm unsure why you expected a discount, but it's important to understand that discounts generally don't apply to items that aren't cars.

QuestionI've been thinking about pre ordering this scooter and actually decided to do so today but noticed the price went up 100$ since I last viewed it. Since this is a pre-order how has the price changed? I might as well buy a dual motor scooter at that rate!

- Answer Segway/Ninebot on Indiegogo increased their preorder price to $899 and bestbuy followed suit, thats why the price went up. You are not going to get a name brand dual motor good quality scooter anywhere near this price, just a bunch of noname chinese parts scooters that wont last 6 months.

- Answer Hmm thats funny cause i also pre ordered mine through best best buy and it clearly said july 15th, not june. Then i got an additional email saying congrats it was moved to july 1st.

QuestionG2 versus Max g30p: G2 has a 7.08” wide plank, how much more is it from the Max g30p? Is the handles stick adjustable in height? If not, would the G2 be too high for my 5’4”/120lbs size? Thx

- Answer The plank width is not noticeable. I think it is a little longer. The stem are NOT adjustable in height from what I can tell. I'm 6'2 and like the increased height. I'm not sure if you would have trouble with the height. My friend is the same height and weight as yourself, and she has had no issues riding it.

- Answer Same scooter just different wording. From my understanding, Segway is the owner, Ninebot is the brand and Max/G2 is the model. But I could be wrong. Regardless of the product title I believe it’s still the same scooter.

- Answer Double click 3 separate times on scooter to change modes from Eco to D to S. Then in app move scroller max speed to 22mph. Turn on S mode in app first.
