Actually talking to someone about this right now. It's a physical copy, but they send a code for a digital copy to your email within 24 hours of when you receive the game. Meaning within 24 hours of when it's shipped. Says it ships on Mar 28th. If you want to play at launch, best to just buy it directly on Steam. Which sucks because I still have GCU so I was hoping for that sweet 20% off. Oh well. To Steam I go.
