A:AnswerMine got stuck today in the bathroom. When we got home it was off with a red flashing light. Once we got it unstuck it returned to the dock and discharged itself and went into charge mode.
A:AnswerI have hard wood in the house and tile in the bathroom. The robot has no issues climbing over the door sills, up onto rugs and suck. It should have no issues.
A:AnswerIt returns to the base, and whatever it picked up gets blown into the trash canister on the base. You should empty the canister once a week. There is no way you wait 60 days as advertised.
A:AnswerCrosses threshold easily, even goes right to the step and turns around. I have a sliding patio door that goes to the sunroom and it will go up and over the tracks to the door
A:AnswerWell myself, then Shark support and finally Alexa support can't get it to happen? Options and buttons to push named engage don't exist at least up until now. Very frustrating because our 1st Shark did then when we bought our replacement didn't so we promptly sent that one back. I'm positive this model did but Alexa continues to say can't connect to Shark right now, try again later?
