“I cannot connect the robot to my wifi it says it needs room that 3 feet each side 5 feet in front but i had it in the middle of close to an empty room called support they had me delete the app and start over same thing”

I didn’t have the issue of it saying there was not enough space to connect to WiFi, however at first I had an issue connecting it to WiFi on my phone but it was not a problem on my husbands phone. I tried many times & I still could not connect it. I finally removed & reinstalled the app which did the trick! You many want to try that & see if that helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The 3' on the sides and 5' in front has nothing to do with connecting to wifi. As long as there is a good wifi signal in the room where it is located it should work.
