It is designed with Smart Sensor Technology so it can navigate around obstructions as it cleans your floor. By using an array of sensors, the robot will steer itself around your home, using walls and objects as its guide and gently bumping them. This method allows the robot to travel in and out of rooms and around obstacles. The robot might not hit every area in one cleaning, but by scheduling daily cleaning, you'll notice its cleaning path will differ with each run to ensure it is maintaining your floors. When you are setting a schedule for the robot in the app, tap on the day, you want to set the schedule for, to set the time. On this screen you will see AM or PM on the right with an arrow above and below it. press one of the arrows to change the AM or PM. We hope this information helps. The Customer Support Team

QuestionMy shark 750 is about 6 mo this old now. In the last week it is getting stuck on height changes that never bothered it before (door jambs and carpets) I watched the video on how to clean all the sensor and wheels but that hasn’t really made a difference.

QuestionI love my Shark. Lately though all the pet hair has been getting caught in the Anti-Tangle Comb and not much dirt is in the dust bin. Anyone else have this problem and is there a solution?

- Answer My Shark R75 worked fine for my wood-floored home so far. I was surprised at the first use when the dust bin caught much more dust than I expected as I had always thought my floor was quite clean with my Swiffer wet mopping cloths. I guess the dust had been picked up from some under-furniture spaces where my Swiffer mop couldn't reach and some corners where dust tends to gather but are now visibly cleaner than before. On following uses the dust caught in the bin reduced and my own hair become visible as I don't have pets. I'm still using Swiffer mop occasionally to wipe off dried-on tough spots if needed.

Questionmy shark robot stops & beeps when it runs into a wall, corner or the leg of a table. I've watched the wheels turn and it wont bump and turn again. it will turn it's wheels until it starts beeping because it's stuck. I am always turning it and restart it

QuestionI’ve owned two of these vacuums and both started hitting the walls and furniture after about 6 months. It doesn’t slow down for any object and hits hard. It sounds like it is tearing down the house. Anyone else had this issue?

QuestionI have a combination floor surface: tile in the living area, an area rug in the living room, carpet in the bedrooms. Will it go smoothly between the various surfaces (and clean evenly) or will it only work on one level surface with any quality cleaning?

QuestionIf I am cleaning a big area and the irobot will finish the battery, how will it finish cleaning the area? Will it go back to finish when it is charged ? And will it keep on cleaning the area that is not finished or will it start from the beginning?

- Answer It will just start over and clean randomly again. Our main floor isn't super huge so in the hour or so that it cleans, it gets the entire floor again anyways.

- Answer If I understand your question, I think all you would need to do is push either the "Spot" or "Clean" buttons depending on the action you want it to take. Use of the app isn't required.

QuestionBrushroll no longer spins. Have cleaned out and taken apart. All sensors clear. Not sure if possible belt issue?

- Answer Hair can be in the belt. if you're using the 750, there is a little yellow cap that you have to figure out how to get off. We nver could and I was worried about breaking it. But I could tell that hair was tangling up behind it where the belt is. Never could clean it. Unless you unscrew the bottom of the unit.
