Q: QuestionHow long does one charge last?
Asked by Mel.
- A:Answer It last about 20-30 minutes. I can get a few rooms done before I have to charge it. I ordered an extra battery pack when I saw it didn’t last too long. I think for the price it should be a little better but that just my opinion.

Q: QuestionCost of a battery
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer The cheapest option which comes with a charging station is about $100. The next option up is about $130 and it comes with a dual charging station which is probably the best way to go to hold both the new battery and the one that came with the vacuum. There are a few other bundles available as well priced higher. https://www.sharkclean.com/parts-and-accessories/vacuums/61/batteries-and-power/

Q: QuestionHow much does it weigh and how long does it take to charge the battery
Asked by Marsh.
- A:Answer I don't have the specific specs on weight. I believe it's about 5lbs. I have laminate flooring & it glides easily along the floor. I also have a few area rugs, which is a little harder to go over, but does a great job on both. Love the headlights so I can see in darker corners. Emptying the canister is easy. Switching different utensils is very easy. I can do my house in an hour & takes about the same time to charge. Also, you can keep it plugged in between using without harming the battery. My mother bought the Dyson. I used it in her house. She has the same type of flooring & it weighs a bit more & emptying the canister isn't quite as easy. Other than that they are the same, but the Shark costs less. Hope this helps!

Q: QuestionHow do you remove the canister I can't get it to come out
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer The canister does not come off the machine. You have to remove the handheld part and then hold it over the trash can and push a button for it to release the dirt. Something of a pain, but I'm getting used to it.

Q: QuestionIn the demo video a electrical cord is displayed as being disconnected as from the unit by the handle with some "Lightning bolts" going in between the unit and the cord. Is this describing that the vacuum can be used as corded in addition to cordless?
Asked by Allen.
- A:Answer As the other person noted, this unit does not have a cord. What the video shows is that you can charge the battery while it is still in the unit and then just unplug it when you're ready to use it. You can also charge the battery if you remove it but with this unit you don't have to. The unit that comes with the 2 batteries and the dual charger, you do need to remove the battery to charge it. Removing the battery is very simple and easy.
