A:AnswerI hate it tOo. Frustrated trying to find a good vacuum without it. Loved my nv22L but the hose broke. Shark does not have a replacement hose and i find the same reviews for amazon and ebay for different products even for supposedly oem parts. Trust not there. Good luck finding a shark without the swivel feature … i havent found it yet.
