A:AnswerTake it back to the store and return. You will probably get the same response I did. Shark does not back up their products. All Best Buy wants to do is sell extended warranties.
A:AnswerWe would like to let you know that the AZ2002 is a powered lift-away, Which allows you to lift away the pod for motorized cleaning under furniture, or detach the nozzle and clean above the floor. The LA502 is not a powered lift-away which mean you are not able to use the floor nozzle while in the lift-away mode.
A:AnswerWe are happy to assist with you inquiry.
To empty the dust cup you first would remove the dust cup by sliding up on the release button located on the side of dust cup handle. Tilt dust cup forward, then lift to remove.
To empty debris into the trash, press the lower release button and the bottom of the dust cup
will drop open. Then close the door on the dust cup and reinstall back onto the unit.
A:AnswerI live in the desert so there's always dust on my hardwood. I love that soft brush roll its like dusting and vacuuming at the same time. Get the geek squad protection plan and NEVER PAY FULL PRICE FOR YOUR VACCUME AGAIN!!
A:AnswerThere’s like 3-4 different filters that the vacuum uses. Your gonna have to look thru what filters you have that needs to be replaced and go to their website and check it out. Filters last for a good while tho.
