A:AnswerYou might need to pop the plate open and see if there’s anything in there. Is the light green or red? If it’s red then that means the brushes aren’t spinning and something is in fact hindering it from operating correctly. If the lights green, you might wanna contact shark themselves or warranty it out
A:AnswerI had the same question. Only the ones that are like sticks go under really well. The others don’t fit under like the ones they don’t sit upright.
