A:AnswerPull back on the two red release buttons on top of canister at the same time and canister will release from base. If this doesn’t work the canister may not be seated straight on base try and push it forward so it snaps in place and then try again to release canister.
A:AnswerIt usually means somethings stuck and preventing the suction to go its full strength because somethings in the way of its air flow. Make sure to clean the hose the canister and roller properly.
A:AnswerWhen I first got mine it was a little difficult to detach the handle also. Try wiggling it as you pull it (be sure to use the release button at same time). After a couple of times it was easier to detach.

Most can hold a greater charge when used at a smaller setting. Around 3 hours i believe and when used at a higher setting you can get an hour or 2
