A:AnswerPull back on the two red release buttons on top of canister at the same time and canister will release from base. If this doesn’t work the canister may not be seated straight on base try and push it forward so it snaps in place and then try again to release canister.
A:AnswerIt usually means somethings stuck and preventing the suction to go its full strength because somethings in the way of its air flow. Make sure to clean the hose the canister and roller properly.
