• No it doesn't have a dual voltage,.iy can only be use in America but If u want use it else where you would need a device to reduce the voltage input

• I strongly doubt it. The US uses NTSC video formatting, as do Canada, Mexico and Japan, but most other countries use PAL or SECAM. They are not compatible with one other. You could use the TV in another country with a step-down transformer, but only with NTSC inputs.
