“Anyone know how to add APPS to this TV? I would like to add iHeart and other apps. The way the smart feature of apps comes is very limited... maybe there are 8? And I really only need 3 of them, but would like to add stuff that I want.”

Hi Malcolm. The LC55LE653U doesn't have the capability to add applications. We would recommend connecting a 3rd party device such as a Roku to the TV for access to additional applications.

Please try again later.I posted this same question to the Sharp helpdesk, i was told this TV is not that kind of smart tv, it seem they make a smart tv with android tv which allows to add more apps, this specific tv only comes with predefined apps, cannot be changed or add more. I ended up buying a roku stick to make this tv smarter.
