A:Answer Unfortunately, I ordered this T.V. in January and last week had to finally cancel the order.
After ordering it and picking a Feb 04 ship date from BB, I was notified a few days later to reschedule my order. Upon talking to support, the order date was re-scheduled to the following week. That evening, I got another email saying my order needed to be rescheduled, and a phone call the next morning. After talking to Geek Squad again the next day, the tech person was unable to schedule the delivery, and said the system was having problems and opened and IT support call. Geek Squad continued to call and say it needed to be rescheduled. After a week, called them again and they scheduled it for the end of February. The next day, they called again saying it needed to be rescheduled. Finally talked to a Geek who said it was on backorder, and that there was a shipment coming on March 16th and to schedule after that. Meanwhile, a few calls and emails asking to reschedule..... On the 17th, we called, and the Geek said it was on backorder and we would have to reschedule again. We asked for a refund. Too bad BB didn't just say, this T.V. is on backorder, we will contact you when it is available or in 60 days, whichever is sooner instead of the circus that ensued. Poor Sharp, they lose on this deal now. Needless to say, until the supply problems are addressed and other retailers are able to provide the product, you may best wait to order.
