QuestionCan you still hear without blasting them when the surrounding noise level is high? I know for the traditional Shokz that it can be difficult hearing (for example) while on airplanes without the assistance of ear plugs. Also do these fit smaller ears?

- Answer I got these specifically because I have very narrow ear canals and regular earbuds are painful/don't stay in, so they are definitely good in that regard. As far as being able to hear around high noise level that's probably much more subjective. I haven't felt that they aren't loud enough, but because they don't create a seal around your ear you do still hear background noise and there's no sound cancelling functionality because of that

- Answer I wear glasses. No problem. As I said, I forget I have them on. I also gave a set to my girlfriend (who loses earbuds often). She lives them.

QuestionHow is the microphone for business phone and zoom calls?

- Answer I heard my own recording from the earphones and noticed a little portion of voice getting robotized. Thats when the call quality is dropping and signal issues I believe. They are yet to be tested on wifi calling. If its a crowded environment, it fails drastically.

- Answer Hi there- Shokz here! When using for the first time: Open the charging case to immediately enter Bluetooth pairing mode, with the indicator lights in the case flashing orange and green. For subsequent pairings: 1. Place both earbuds into the charging case; 2. Press and hold the touch area of the earbuds with two fingers simultaneously until the indicator lights flash orange and green, which indicates the earbuds have en- tered pairing mode; 3. Enable the Bluetooth function and select "OpenFit by Shokz." The device will display the successful pairing when complete. Our headphones are not hearing devices; however we do have customers who use them to assist with hearing, usually by pairing the headphones to their phone and accessing a hearing aid app like Petralex, Ear Spy, Ear Trumpet, or Hear You Now. To customize the touch controls please use the Shokz app to activate this feature; by default, it's not set to voice assistant, and you can usually access it by pressing and holding the touch area on the earbuds to activate it.
