• A:Answer I ordered and had the SimpliSafe system installed, but it doesn’t work for a two-story house and the installer told me that I can return the system and get one that will work from my house. Also, the system is not working now and the battery needs to be recharged or something. I don’t want a system like that. I want one that works. It’s wired.

Q: QuestionLiterature states base battery lasts 24 hours? Can I l leave it plugged in? Camera batteries not listed, just says rechargeable. What battery are in cameras? How long do they last! I’m going away for three months and need self sustaining system!

• A:Answer No, you can pay month to month, no contract. Example: If you only want to pay from June-August, you can, then call in to cancel. Also you OWN the system.
