A:AnswerI ordered and had the SimpliSafe system installed, but it doesn’t work for a two-story house and the installer told me that I can return the system and get one that will work from my house. Also, the system is not working now and the battery needs to be recharged or something. I don’t want a system like that. I want one that works. It’s wired.
