A:Answer I would think you would have to have an external SiriusXM car tuner. Without a SiriusXM ready radio, that is the only option that I am aware of. With the external tuner, you would be able to use it, or have it visible, whenever you want to use it. There are such tuners that work in the car and in the home allowing use either way.
