QuestionI got the crushed wireless headphones in Christmas and after just a couple of uses 1 speaker is loader then the other I tried to balance the speakers (using Windows 10 features) and that didn't work i don't know what caused this but I need a fix/another 1

- Answer I've had this problem with headphones before. What caused it was the magnet came unglued from the speaker unit in the ear cups. Unfortunately they need to be taken apart to reconnect it.

- Answer I tried them at the actual Best Buy store and they seen decent I am looking at getting them. They have a good natural base to the songs!!!

QuestionThis might be hard to describe but I have ear buds with great bass, the base feels natural. I would like to know if the base feels loose and not from the music, just put into the headphones according to music sound, or if the base comes from the music.

- Answer I bought these because they sound "tight" which means the bass is connected to the music. Many wireless headphones go overboard on bass and the mix sounds like mud. These sound very natural to me...and good! I am a professional musician if that helps you decide.

- Answer It should have a 40 hour battery. I've had mine for 2 weeks without a charge and its still around 80 percent but I have been using it mostly for gaming in wired mode which doesn't use battery. But 40 hours seems to be right on par, I've probably ran them in wireless mode for 8 hours.

- Answer I've listened to movie with them, through my laptop and they work wonderfully. I recommend turning down the Haptic feedback, as it can get distracting. But, these are Surround Sound enabled and it does work very well.

- Answer Keep looking everyday. I got them for my son for $99.99, and then the price went up. I then saw them again two days ago for $149.99, which my girlfriend ordered for me. Yes, I know that knowing what I'm getting is tacky. They only were on sale again for that one day. Next day, full price. Just keep an eye on them every day and you might get lucky. To be honest, I would pay full price for these and planned to after the holidays. Good luck!!

- Answer No. This model is re-chargable with the USB cable it comes with; though, you'll still need a usb wall adapter to utilize the USB charging cable.

- Answer Normally I'd say no because it's usually Bluetooth and when it hooks up it shuts everything else off on the speakers on your TV and if it has a headphone jack same thing but there is a workaround depending on you want to spend the money you'd probably have to buy a high-end audio system then on one of the of the audio speaker outlets use a splitter that you can use a cable like comes with the headphones double male headphone jack by doing this though you're not going to get stereo sound because you're only going to get whatever speaker you hook to I'd suggest the center speaker.
