A:Answer They have a good lock in, but the profile is cumbersome compared to better or equal valued buds. I suggest JBL vibes if you're in the market for budget buds. Same pricing, same lock in, better sound out of the box and unlike these skullcandy's. No sweat build up. The case for grinds causes the buds to end up not charging and after 3 months fails. I bought 3 pairs all had the same failures at the same rate
