• You get the gimbal, 4 batteries, battery charger (2 at a time), USB charger cable, and another USB cable that you can connect to the GoPro and power it from the gimbal.

• Yes, USB Battery charger, four 3.7V (3.33Wh) batteries, Foam box great for transporting the whole unit, and instructions (not real thorough, but works). Hope that helps.
