Hello Balloon, Skyroam Solis devices are simply not made to replace home internet services; the purpose of our device is to serve as a portable wifi hotspot. Therefore it does not have the same necessary programming as a service meant to provide your home with internet all the time. Also as per our fair use policy, all refunds are eligible within our policy if purchased on www.skyroam.com. If goods are purchased outside of www.skyroam.com, please refer to third-party or partner's return policies. Since this is through Best Buy you would need to refer to their return and refund policies.
