QuestionI have a current SSD that I moved over from my old PC to replace the 1TB traditional drive this system came with. Unfortunately it says my SSD drive doesn't have an OS and won't boot however, this is false because it works perfectly in my older computer.

- Answer You should download the Windows 10 media creation tool and boot from a USB. Then do a clean install of the Operating system. If you used an M.2 SSD you will have to change the boot order.

QuestionWhen I first bought this at Best Buy, it would power off with a small click sound after a short time. I had no trouble restarting it. In frustration, I stored it away till now. Is this a power supply issue, "hibernation" or what?

QuestionWhich Power Supplies are compatible with this computer? Having trouble finding one. It seems it needs a niche unit since it uses two 4-pin connectors. Mine has been randomly powering off. An upgrade with more than 180W would be nice.

- Answer You would not want to connect an HDMI through a USB adapter. I recommend getting a low profile GPU which has the ports you need.

- Answer As long as the GPU does not exceed the chassis depth it should fit. You would need a GPU with a low profile mount as well.

- Answer Thank you for reaching out. The PSU is a standard, Small form factor 12v power supply, an ATX would not fit. As for the GPU, you would need a half-width compatible model and it would fit.
