QuestionAfter we changed flexible dryer duck to semi-rigid dryer duck, the lint reduced a lot on the filter panel inside the dryer. Is this normal?

QuestionThis came with my dryer but was not long enough to reach the outside vent and so the new dryer is connected to my old vent hose. If I buy a second one of these, can I connect them together? If so, how? I would need about 15 feet to reach the outside vent.

QuestionThe first install team did not have correct part. Now they will bring this kit, but I do not think enough room for it to work. Why can they not order the proper part from LG? How much longer will I need to wait when this kit will not fit?

QuestionIt sounds as if you never know if your getting a qualified installer or someone who just wants a paycheck. How can I know before they even get here. I’m sure the standard answer is that they are trained but from some reviews that sounds questionable.

- Answer Omg Molly you sound like me! I found the best way is to inform yourself by reading reviews from everywhere that has the item to be installed. Takes a bit of time but in the end well worth it. Another key is to purchase the item from a reputable company...like BEST BUY. The last thing they want is a bad install review reflecting on their company. That will keep a lot of ppl from purchasing anything. Good of luck Molly.

QuestionIf I am purchasing a gas dryer do I also need an electrical cord? If so is it the newer electric cord like those used for electric ovens or is it a regular three prong cord? My old dryer is gas but it also uses a regular three prong electrical cord.
