- Answer It's the best sound bar I've ever heard but I highly recommend a sub at least for bass. Depends on how serious you are the 300s with a sub is awesome for all needs.

QuestionWhat does the packaging look like? Is the Sonos bar itself wrapped up in the box? Is the Box in a Cardboard box? I ask because mine had no wrapping and it seems this was previously opened. What should I look for to make sure it was new and unopened?

- Answer The sound bar will adapt to your space. On the app you can run a self tuning it’s like it gets the acoustics of your room. When you start the process it makes weird noise and uses your phones mic to pick up the acoustics.

QuestionWhy does Sonos force updates? My system worked fine then Sonos doesn’t work without an update but after update the tv doesn’t recognize the signal even after updating the tv. Terrible because it worked as intended when bought but now it’s a paper weight.

- Answer yes, but I understand that the Era 100 speakers are not Dolby Atmos. Thwe Era 300 speakers will give you Dolby Atmos.
