You can have the sounder and satellite speakers in different rooms, and control the sound output through your phone. With the Playbar, you can also have different sounds playing in different rooms simultaneously, ie: tv sound in one room and iTunes or Alexa in another.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you have some of the smaller Sonos speakers, you can move them around. You can move the sound bar too if you have another TV with fiber optic, but it isn't like moving a smaller speaker. If you need to recalibrate the sound bar for another room, you can just do it with the phone app.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The Playbar needs to connect to the tv, but another Sonos speaker in the kitchen can be grouped to play with the tv to give you a tv speaker in the kitchen.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. Has a short audio cord that plugs directly into the TV. Order the Sonos 4 or 5 speaker for the kitchen and sound bar for the TV room. Then connect both using the sonos app for all around sound. That’s what I did.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not sure how that would work with the TV. You would still need a way to connect the TV to the bar. As for streaming and such, it should work fine.
