- Answer The headphones come with a microUSB charge cable, and they can be charged with any other similar cable. No USB outlet adapter however.

QuestionMy headphones don't charge correctly. The red light comes on when plugged into a computer via the supplied cord, but goes out shortly and the green light never comes on. It's not a temperature-related problem, so how can I remedy this?

- Answer Sounds defective. I’d try a different charging device. If that doesn’t work, contact Sony for the warranty.

- Answer it comes with a 1 year manufacture warranty. yo be honest its worth getting the protection plan from best buy, if anything happened to it in two years just bring it in and they get you a new if if it can't be fixed.

Keep in mind that if you buy anything at the store and it goes on sale within 15 days from the purchase date you purchased the item, you can go into Best Buy with your receipt and get a price adjust for the lower price.
