A:Answer while it will mount on your camera and take good pictures (and the auto focus should work), since this is an APS-C lens, you will have to deal with crop factor. You will effectively be using less of the sensor than if you were using a Full Frame lens to go with your full frame camera. Typically, Sony's Full Frame lenses will have an FE in the model name.
FE lenses cover the full frame sensor of the A7x line. These lenses can also be used on the APS-C sensor of the A6000 and others.
E lenses cover the APS-C sensor of the A6000 and others. These lenses can be used on the A7x line in either crop mode or with heavy vignetting.
